User ID and Password Questions



Why do I need a user ID and password?

Your Business Bill Pay user ID and password uniquely identify you and allow you to access your Business Bill Pay account. You enter your user ID and password each time you sign in to Business Bill Pay.

What should I type for user ID?

Your user ID must be between 9 and 32 characters and can include letters, numbers, and special characters, but no spaces. The ID is not case sensitive.

If the user ID you choose is already taken, you're asked to select a different one. Each user ID must be unique.

What should I type for password?

In addition to your user ID, you must also choose a password for your Business Bill Pay account. Your password must be 8 characters without spaces. It is case sensitive and must contain at least two of the following: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. We recommend a combination of letters and numbers for security reasons. Choose a password that others cannot easily guess, and don't share your password with anyone except an authorized user you have added to Business Bill Pay.

The password does not need to be unique, but you should choose a password that other people cannot easily guess. For example, avoid family-member names and birth dates.
